They meet the most stringent industry standards based on acoustic characteristics recognized as the sound transmission coefficient (STC) and the noise reduction coefficient (NRC). Our recent technological advancements allow each of our noise barrier systems to be installed in the zone of intrusion (ZOI) while meeting the most severe TL-4 and TL-5 impact tests of the NCHRP Report 350. We have used a performant finite element model to optimize our concept and have successfully marketed a sound wall that meets TL-4 and TL-5 requirements. We are able to measure all the deformations and critical elements of all the components of the wall, which has allowed us to optimize the design of the anchors and to minimize the stresses transmitted on the structures. All our test, simulations and final design are signed by a professional and licensed engineer. These integrated systems can be designed and manufactured with various types of acoustic panels as transparent panels, metallic panels , PVC panels, etc.
We can also design specific anchors to optimize their dimensioning and overcome particular site constraints.
